
Collecting Logs
Acano solution: Acano Clients Troubleshooter 76-1045-01-I
a. Log in to the Acano server via WinSCP, using your Web Admin Interface login
credentials.
b. In the root directory find the file called “log” and drag it to your local PC.
8. If possible, open the log in a text editor such as Notepad and delete irrelevant messages
before sending the amended log to Acano support. Otherwise send the entire log to Acano
support.
